Here is a great video I found that is showing you the benefits of infrared sauna therapy. This video goes into detail on the process of what these saunas do. It's a lot easier to see visually the benefits of infrared saunas.

Then is presents to you the reaction of the chemicals (toxins) within the body start to break up and become loose.
